Women-Only Cuba Tours

On these special women-only departures, we seek to uplift and celebrate women-owned businesses and community projects. As much as possible, we use casa particulares (guesthouses), restaurants, and experiences that are women-owned and operated. We will meet some extraordinary Cuban women of all generations - restaurant owners, local craftswomen, women in the Arts, and entrepreneurs. Your tour leader will make use of her personal relationships to give you unique opportunities to connect with locals.

This tour is perfect for solo-female travellers, girls trips, LGBTQ couples, or mother-daughter bonding. Here are some advantages of joining these women-only departures:

Women’s Cuba Cycling Tour (CYW)

Immerse yourself in local life as you pedal through the narrow alleys, cobbled streets, and tropical landscapes of Cuba. On this 8-day cycling tour, you’ll explore Cuba from the northern coast to the southern coast with a 40km ride through the island. You’ll have a support vehicle when you need a rest, and we even have a couple of e-bikes available for those that need pedal assist.

Women’s Active Cuba Tour (CMW)

For women who prefer to experience the outdoors and active adventures, we offer special women deptures of our 10-day Active Cuba Tour. This tour includes cycling through the rural landscape of Vinales, exploring the local flora and fauna in the Zapata swamp, and camping in the mountains outside of Trinidad. You’ll also have optional opportunities to snorkel, scuba, zip-line, rock-climb, and horseback ride.
